I love this restaurant but I give it a 1 star because they close so early. Even when their hours say they are open until 7, today the were closed by 5:15pm it’s bad for business and turns customers off because they never know when they are open. Also their night manager lady is extremely rude to customers and is not welcoming or personable. They have great food and lots of potential.

Food is very good, management not so much. Often times the closing manager closes the restaurant hours before the posted closing time. Cashier is often short and acts annoyed when taking orders. This is a shame because the food isn't half bad. Big fan of the spicy steak katsu. Step it up Nalu's. Such a waste of great potential.
