I recently visited Nam-Viet Restaurant in Arlington, Va. The hostess was a very nice young women but that was the highlight of my experience. I ordered the lemongrass tofu w/mixed vegetables and steamed rice to go. When I returned to my office to enjoy the food, I was surprised at how how much sugar was added to this dish.
