My family and I went to Naruto Restaurant after a long day and flight into Anchorage. The service was excellent, the servers knew the menu well and were very helpful. The restaurant was clean and the decor was definitely Japanese in style. It's a small restaurant, but I didn't feel crowded at all. We went for the ramen. I had veggie ramen, which was loaded with fresh veggies. The broth was excellent. Lick the bottom of the bowl good. My grandson had fried chicken, and plane ramen, and loved both. The chicken was crispy, with a tasty coating. My granddaughter had the traditional miso soup, and crunch roll. She said both were very satisfying. My daughter-in-law and son, had the spicy kimchi ramen, spicy tuna and pork ramen. They said everything was excellent. The dishes weren't as spicy as they like, but there was plenty condiments to spice the dishes up. Over all the experience was very nice. The menu has a large variety of items. Not sure when I'll get back to Anchorage, but I'll makes sure I pay Naruto Japanese restaurant another visit.
