Nem Nuong Khanh Hoa is a mom and pop joint and from the name obviously specializes in nem nuong. I was craving nem nuong spring rolls, but didn't want to drive all the way to Summer Rolls. We ordered: Shrimp vermicelli, Pork chop broken rice plate, Nem nuong spring roll. Nem nuong is like a charbroiled pork meat ball! Definitely get the pork if you go! The shrimp vermicelli was just alright, while the pork chop and meatball stood out. We made a rookie mistake though and ordered the spring rolls without the crispy shrimp roll inside...please learn from our mistake. It was still good but the shrimp roll makes it so much better! Would return!
