The best burritos I've had in Asheville. It's right across from the Asheville Mall, which is a good location because there was a lot of business on this Saturday after Thanksgiving. The only problem is they only take cash.

Ordered a to go order for pick-up...ordered at 4:30, site said ready by 5:15. Walk in, place is empty, lady walks out from the back and I tell her I'm here for my order and she points at three tablets behind the counter and says "no work". Um, well, my card has been charged, and I want my food, so she gets all huffy and proceeds to make my order. Music playing so loudly I could barely hear myself think, and the whole restaurant smelled strongly of cleaning solutions that I was actually thankful for my mask. Even better, I initially wanted to order from the Biltmore Park location, but upon trying that learned that location is closed down, telephone number disconnected.

Online orderers beware! I ordered thru neo burritos online ordering option. A confirmation email was not received as indicated; employee indicated , when I can to pick up, that I would have to wait, which I did to come back to a restaurant closed early & employee indicating that I had cancelled my order & thus it was not made. The process of online ordering seems to be less than efficient (& I had already paid online for my order), employees argued that I had done the canceling, and did not think to stop & make my order after the obvious assumption on his part.
