Ok, so on the slow service issue is because they ran out of food and the owner/chef had to run to the grocery store down the street to replenish stock to make the backordered 20 plus orders.....But, we never got that delish food experience we had when we were in on the 12th of March and went back again this time bringing 3 other people besides my husband and myself so they could try for the first time. When my family come to town, this is the best place to eat.. The food is the best around and nothing better than being able to have a good glass of wine while you eat. I highly recommend Neo Soul Cafe to everyone..
