My family and I-party of 13, had dinner at the neighboring Italian restaurant the evening after Thanksgiving. After a nice dinner, our waitress forgot to offer dessert to our group. We left the restaurant and walked down the street. Alpine Chocolat Haus was a great find! And they had a Black Friday sale-20% off the whole store. Of course we bought chocolate! We bought chocolate bark with cherries and sponge toffee coated in dark chocolate...excellent! On our future family trips to the Ann Arbor and Detroit areas, we will take a short detour to buy chocolate from this shop.
