On my fiancé's birthday; I treated him out to Beachwood Seafood Kitchen & Bar. We invited our families; a total of 10. I chose this restaurant since he loves seafood and it was friendly to ones that didn't care for it or were allergic. It was a Monday evening at 7pm that we made the reservations for. 6 of us were seated rather quickly when we got there a little before 7pm; while the rest got there little after 7. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. Never really were asked if wanted drinks throughout our stay. When we did get the waitress; my fiancé would ask if anyone else would want a drink. My fiancé had to ask the waitress to remove the appetizer plates and bread because it was all stacking up; remind you there was 10 of us. My mother and I were both missing our sauces we ordered with our fillets; and she had to remind the waitress she wanted spinach not broccoli. Sadly even our fillets and side dishes weren't even hot; but room temperature when we my mother and I received our meals. Our bills were all a mess as well. And we didn't leave till we'll after 30 minutes of closing time. Unfortunately, gratuity was included so the waitress already knew she was going to receive a tip regardless of how many times she checked on the table, how many errors she made, and how slow she went throughout the evening. This was embarrassing to have such terrible service when there was like no one to serve and was a Monday evening. Wonder where there was a manager to help or even ask how dinner was?!
