Great selection of beers! Stuck to a lot of the IPAs and none disappointed. I'm not a big fan of the Kombucha but my wife enjoyed it. Too tart for me. Also, the Kalbi Fries were great! I've seen some other pictures that were much fuller portioned than ours were. This was the only reason I'm rating 4-stars instead of 5. Maybe we were there on an off day for the kitchen though so take it for what you will.

The name says it all and once we saw it we just had to try this place out. Overall a cool place to hang out and enjoy some beers. I loved that you can sample many different kinds. Even with Covid going on, they have their ordering and seating down to a science and it also makes for a very chill ambiance. We loved that we could order on our phones by scanning the menu QR code and you could also order and pay and it would notify us when our food was ready for pick up. You can expect your food to come out in styrofoam to-go plates (I was not a fan of this because it's wasteful and Styrofoam is just overall no bueno). Their food was a great bonus. I decided to be a bit adventurous from my usual plates and tried their Kalbi Steak Fries. It was gut-busting-heart attack-on a-plate-g...

Got a craving for local brewski and a couple plates of 'ono? Check out Beer Lab HI. If there's one culinary word that best describes my satisfied tummy right now, it would be...BRUH! (Sorry I've been watching too many Tik Tok reels lately.) Normally when my better half and I go out for lunch, I choose a place where the menu offers something fufu-y to drink. But when the grinds are from a killer food truck, beer on tap is the way to go. The bartenders are great at offering suggestions and will give you a sample or two if you're not sure what to get. We ordered the Mocking Jay, something light and refreshing that complimented our lunch without the heaviness. Flyin' Ahi was the crew in the kitchen today. Begin happy dance. We knew we had to try their famous Kalbi fries - crispy crinkle-cut goodness topped with squiggles of mild wasabi-mayo & teriyaki glaze, a dash of furikake, and a mound of tender, thinly sliced Kalbi finished with a sprinkle of green onions. I truly believe that's what's served in Heaven. We also ordered the HI mixed plate packed full of scrumptious: a mini pork laulau and grilled...
