Benny's in Bosque Farms

The food was horrible not what we are used to

What can I say about Benny's? their food is always fantastic so I will stay away from that, what I will say is I saw is a full staff all working very hard as usual, but even more important, I saw teenagers and older doing their jobs having fun, smiles on their faces, joked around with me a bit, in today's times with businesses thinking they can be rude and service being down to a minimum this was absolutely amazing to see. Thank you Benny's for restoring my faith in customer service.

So I live fairly close to benny's, my family loves benny's but there seems to be a recurring theme of calling in an order and them not putting in the order correctly on there end. Then you arrive and pay and they tie the bags shut so its harder to check if the order is correct, so you don't always check. You get home with your order and something is missing. I would argue that responsibility lies with them. You check the receipt and something you KNOW you've said over the phone because 9/10 you order the same exact order every time. So you get back in your car, drive all the way back and I would think out of kindness they would just give you what you're missing....(1 grilled cheese). You're already bugged they didn't get the order right and the ordeal it's become, You'd think they'd give it to you .. But no, they still make you pay for something as simple as 1 grilled cheese.
