Blanquita's Mexican Restaurant is the same great Mexican restaurant I remember going to as a child when it was named Rio Grande. The staff is very friendly and professional. Now let me talk about the food, the food has that delicious real Mexican taste i remember as a child. My parents are extremely picky with their food especially their Mexican food. So since the restaurant was bought about from Rio Grande it took us years to actually go try Blanquita's. We have heard mixed reviews but we finally decided to tried it three months ago! And boy have we miss this mouth watering food. My parents we so satisfied that we have gone back to eat here about 10 times the past 3 months. We sit at the same table and the waitress already knows our order. Thanks for the great customer service!
