Bonchon Midlothian in Midlothian

I'm sitting here in the dining area and it is almost literally freezing. The food hasn't arrived yet, but the best I can give the experience is 2 Stars, irrespective of how good the food is. Every time the door opens, the temperature in the room drops 20 degrees, minimum. Unreal. If you come to BonChon at this location, just ensure it's on a milder day.

I was excited to find Bonchon because I hadn't visited one in a while. When I walked in there were two people at the bar talking. I believe they already had their order. I waited quite a few minutes before someone came from the back to assist me. After I placed my order it seemed to be another long wait. With that said, I would recommend calling ahead as seemed to be the case with some oreders that were bagged and waiting for pickup.I ordered the 10 count (dinner) spicy soy garlic wings, kimchi, and radishes. The chicken was good and spicy. I would have liked a smaller portion since I was the only one eating them. The smaller portion is only available for lunch. The kimchi was pretty good. It too was spicy. The radishes were disappointing. They did not taste pickled at all.I would visit again to try some of tgeir other items like the korean tacos.

Great Place; food is Always Amazing. Been coming since this place opened several years ago, as Bonchon Midlothian. Always get Small Combo, Soy Garlic, two(2) ranch dressing with Absolutely no issues;. Today, found out the restaurant was sold and need to pay $.95 per Ranch Dressing for take out; no charge for dine-in. I spoke with the new Owner who explained the rationale; I get it. She was forthcoming! Not super pleased but I get it. Another option, offer a free Ranch/Dressing per Small Combo, and two for Medium Combo, , etc; anything over the free amount/dressing, charge a fee per container. Folks will quickly curb their appetite and adjust accordingly. See you soon. v/r, Dr. Ken King
