Bubba Gump Shrimp co. In Kemah Tx I’m very upset how I was treated in your restaurant Sunday and your team, manager and staff did absolutely nothing. My family and I went to your restaurant signed in got our text message to be seated at 3:06pm. We were seated by Katlyn outside and no one came out to ask for our drinks or the food order. 20 minutes past by I had to call for someone to come out and take our order. Only for a young lady to come out to say let me go find your waiter. The move is to another table since the window was just to much. Still no one came to take our order another 15 minutes go by and my husband walks in to see what’s the hold up. People that came in after us had already had service. They could only tell him oh sorry there is no waiter for your area. What why would you sit me out there with other people that had service? They couldn’t even find the manager which no one was really looking for her. My husband walks out and ask Rishard can you be our waiter and help assist us. He said yes and took our order. So the manager came out but not to us just to put the umbr...
