My wife just bit into beef sandwich and ended up with a giant clump of hair in her mouth. Absolutely disgusting. Never again will we visit the Frankfort Illinois location.

Amazing food, amazing service. I don't know the waitresses names but they were amazing even though they were swamped, the drive thru was full and orders were flooding in, the waitresses were taking care of business. If you are in the mood for some really good Chicago style Italian beef or amazing food in general, this is the place for you.
