The lady that works up front is kind of rude. She seems annoyed that people come into order food. Don't bother to custom order ex: No Tomatoes, it will come with what you don't ask for. The cooking staff is nice but they seem overwhelmed. Go to Jack in the Box or better yet, Good Burger down the road for a better burger

I’ll start with saying I A) love my first couple caliburger experiences and B) almost never write reviews. I went in today for lunch with my boyfriend as I’ve done in the past, we were the only people in the restaurant, no workers in sight but I went ahead to order on the kiosks. As I was using the pop up pay kiosk I was promptly yelled at to pull up my mask by an unpleasant woman working behind the counter. It had been five minutes before any worker walked in and it was the first thing she said. I was using the kiosk to pay, which needs to see your whole face. I asked if it matters if I’m using it for self checkout...
