Great food and service. Rainbow trout and the Angus burger were awesome. Loved the chocolate toffee mousse. Steven is really nice.

Service was extremely slow and the staff had no sense of urgency. As with every place in this town, the menu items were overpriced. The best part about the burger (that you can only order well-done) was the giant pickle slice. It would be fine to pay tourist restaurant pricing if the food was above average, but it was not. The lack of service from the staff made the whole experience that much more of a kick in the pants. There aren't many options in this town, but someone should really try to enhance the quality of the food and service, or lower the prices.

The Canyon Star is awesome. The bartender makes great margaritas and she is very personable. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Next time we will make a reservation. Overall we had a great experience.
