Very disappointing. After reading the reviews I was sure that I would have a great experience with delicious food. Although the waiter was very nice, the food was completely tasteless, both my appetizer and the two main dishes (vegetable Panini and chicken cutlet panini) a friend and I ordered literally have no taste. The whole meal was truly a complete waste of money, hoping to save others their time and money.

Horrible experience with the waitstaff. Our waiter berated us in front of the entire restaurant after we asked one simple question. Why would you hire waiters with issues of anger management and why would you allow them to berate your customers?I've heard plenty of stories from others having been treated the same way. It's absolutely appalling. A generic reply to a review doesn't solve the problem. Our waiter's entire demeanor changed to the point where it was frightening.Avoid Cittanuova at all costs.
