I ordered the half slab through Uber Eats and they were terrible! 50% of the bones were completely dried up and inedible. They didn't even include the barbecue sauce that I ordered. Completely unacceptable!

I hit the store in Florence about a year ago after first coming to the area. The experience was "ho-hum" at best and as a result I was not in a rush to return. Well, fast forward to the week before Thanksgiving and I am scratching my head as to what I would do for a meal. I came across an enticing coupon and decided to give City BBQ another try, but this time changing locations. I ordered turkey, green beans, corn pudding, salad and of course peach cobbler. DAMN! That turkey rocked! Super moist and full of flavor! The side dishes were basically equally as impressive in taste. My only issue was the portion of side servings... they were not filled to the top. I had some left overs (mostly turkey) and it was just as good as when I picked it up from the to-go shelf. I see another order of turkey in my future... I can practically taste it now!

We've eaten there numerous times. Today, we had a small problem with the food, which is rare. I sent an email through the website on a Sunday night at 8pm, and within ten minutes had a phone call from the manager. I highly recommend this City Barbeque!
