City Pizza in Amsterdam

They’re very friendly. Place is clean and they owners are so kind and sweet! I’d definitely recommend coming here to get food!

They called 20 minutes after we ordered. They didn't have the taco meat for the taco pizza. Ok, changed the order. Call back 10 minutes later, they don't have the Greek salad dressing. *Sigh* Okay, getting frustrated. Changed the The order again. Then the delivery man showed up without the Dr. Pepper, seeming in a state of inebriation. Says he didn't bring it because the girl 'wrote it on the bottom and he couldn't read it'... 10 minutes later, they called to say they were out of Dr. Pepper. At this point, I demanded to speak to the manager. He was rude, stated the delivery man was his brother and 'sick, not inebriated', to which I responded with 'and he's touching our food?!?' To get excuses that it's'not contagious sickness'... I demanded the district manager's number, to get hung up on. Now I'm pissed. I call back and he says 'he's the owner, tries to be nice to customers, and to 'come see him' if I don't like it. This place is absolute garbage, and we'll NEVER order from here again, and wouldn't advise anyone else to.

Everything that could have went wrong with my order today went wrong!!! Vinny is no longer there! Customer service is poor! Everything taste differently!
