East Hampton Grill in East Hampton

Well this place fell apart. For a never changing menu, the cooks/chef managed to be severely inconsistent. Staff cannot perform under pressure at peak hours.

I’ve been dining at East Hampton grill for More than 20 years now. I had dinner there last Night 11/20/21 and was very disappointed. The service Was very slow and sloppy, the waitress got Every thing wrong. I had to ask her many times For water and a straw but the worst thing is That our dirty dishes remained on the table While we waited for our next serving and spilled food was not cleaned up. The one thing my wife and I always We’re impressed with your restaurant was how The workers were constantly walking around and Servicing the tables like no other LONG ISLAND restaurants would do. I think yo are doing an Injustice by not keeping up with the great help You were always noted . I wish you would go back To the great performance you once had. Sorry I had to write this because EAST HAMPTON GRILL was without a doubt our BEST RESTAURANT SINCERELY, Vincent Genna

I love this restaurant. The host and hostess are so accommodating, and efficient. All of the staff is friendly, and they'll tweak your experience to make everything perfectly to your liking. Great drink selection, and the hot towels are a delightful little treat! The portions are generous, and I've yet to have a meal that was less than "completely delicious." I recommend always asking if they have the roast artichoke special appetizer - it's incredible! I'm blissed out every time I go to the East Hampton Grill! Highly recommend.
