Service was extremely slow. We ordered the pretzel bites and beer cheese and the beer cheese was atrocious. Definitely will not be returning. Prices were okay...cocktails were decent.

My wife and I have dined at this location several times over the years prior to shows, concerts or just when in town. We will never again patronize Elephant & Castle. The service we received from Diaz at table 7 this evening was unforgivable. It all made sense when we were leaving and witnessed Diaz and another server out back of the restaurant on their phones laughing and carrying on while other customers were being neglected as we were. There is no excuse. We have many other options within blocks.
