I got some fish tacos when Fin - your fishmonger was at Nine Pin Cider. The show stopper was a Korean BBQ salmon taco with kimchi and lime crema. Really flavorful! I know that their food cart/truck is a bit different from the store, but I wanted to leave a review still. The fish had a nice flavor with the bbq and the kimchi added some subtle heat. The lime crema on top balanced it all out nicely. I would order this again, for sure.
