After recently visiting Paris my wife and I were craving escargot. Our search brought us to French Gourmet Bistro and we could not have been more pleased. We enjoyed the more relaxed pace of our meal with time enough between courses to talk and digest (this is typical in most of Europe, but especially Paris) Those that are inclined to rush through their dinner will be happier at Chili's.
