I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal there's no bacon on my burger I ordered chili cheese fries there's no cheese on my fries and there's an extreme excess amount of chili to the point it's ridiculous like I usually come to y'all cuz you have great food but this time I'm just completely dissatisfied like the burgers not even what I wanted I wanted a bacon cheeseburger and I got a cheeseburger I ordered no onions it still had onions on it

I'd like to start by saying that I worked in the service industry for years and do not like to leave negative reviews. I understand that most people are just trying to do their best and things go wrong sometimes. That is not the case at Fresh Burger. They have proved time and again that they are incapable of providing adequate service, much less good service. I live close to this restaurant and have eaten here many times, due only to their great food.
