This place is one of the best and biggest Taverns I have ever been to. Not only is the food great, the people in Wisconsin and staff here have been some of the best people I have ever met. The owner of Happy Hollow Tavern showed me what midwestern hospitality is all about. She gave me suggestions to other places to visit as well during my time in Altoona, WI. I had a fantastic time here. Highly recommended. I would tell anyone to go out of their way to make a stop at the hollow.
