We visited this place for the first time last night. It was great. We will sure be back. Our server was great and took great care of us. Very fun place.

This is my favorite place for cookies and ice cream in the Bryn Mawr area. They have a wide variety, and the cookies are always freshly baked.

Customer service was abysmal. We made a mistake and keyed in a wrong address (off by a number). When the neighbor received the package in error, they immediately called Hope's Cookies. Instead of Hope's contacting us by phone and letting us know our neighbor had it, they proceeded to tell the homeowner to keep it and enjoy it....basically at our cost. Will never use them again. When contacted about it, we pretty much got an "Oh Well". This was such an easy fix and they blew it.
