Bad customer service in the evening time. I asked them for a certain thing and they refused to make it because they said they were too busy which they only had 4 customers in the store

Hey Jack Flash owners, you want to know what's wrong with your Arthur store?!?!?! Well look NO further than the manager herself. I believe her name is Julie? She's always short and rude, talks to customers and employees like crap, told an employee that she wanted to "punch that bitch in the face" (she was talking about punching one of her workers) I overheard this with my own ears, she was also bragging in front of customers...
