I've been eating at Jin Joo for at least 30 years. They have had different owners through the years but I've always gone back to the restaurant because the food has stayed consistently authentic. The new current owner and family are friendly, inviting and gracious. Portion sizes are generous and service quick and courteous. I tried their Oyster Jun today and it was delicious. There were at least ten (10) pieces of fried oysters in my serving. The size of the oysters were so big that I couldn't eat all of it and had leftovers for another full take home meal. Each piece was fried but not greasy which means that they know the right temperature to cook this seafood at. Sounds simple but not all restaurants are created equal. Waitress was attentive to our needs and refilled water and served more banchan without being summoned. There is a go...
