Food was good, service was terrible. We waited 2 hours and they still didnt get all our orders. The waitresses were rude and lied to us multiple times. Never have been treated worse in my life.

Have gone a few times. Always underwhelmed with food and service. Will not be returning. Go next door to the Taco Bus for quality food and fantastic service.

Vacationed in the area for a few days. Dining options in Alpine/Irwin are very very limited, but we were very pleased with La Cabana del Tequila. Looked like curbside/window order pickup was a popular option but the indoor dining space was nice as well. Everyone in our group loved our food and the margs were also very good. Carnitas with green chili was excellent. Friendly staff too. Would definitely return.
