Love the Pizza, Hate the Service. Let me start with the negative first. My review would echo many of the ones I've read here. We live in the east mountains and have gone here several times. The service is usually really bad. I don't know if they're under-staffed or if the people who are staffing it are just really bad at providing food service. Every time I've gone to the Lizzard, I've had to wait a long time for someone to get the order, to bring what's ordered, and to bring a check. It's bad. As for the food ... well, that's why I like it. The pizzas are really good. In fact, I...

Its ok. I don't know why we punish our selves, We boycott it for a few months thinking maybe just maybe it'll get better and every time we go we walk out totally disappointed, the beer selection is good, the food is quite pricey for the portion and the service with out a doubt SUCKS!!

Not at all worth it. We're locals. We've lived up on East mountain now for a little while. We finally took a chance on this place and I'm sorry we did. We waited for several minutes at the door before someone just hollered at us to "take a seat where ever." That should have clued me in. The drinks came in a bottle with no refills, except my water. The service was laughable. Our server took our drink orders, and when she brought those back our foreign exchange student hadn't quite figured out what he wanted so we asked for a few more minutes. Almost 10 minutes later she returned. They weren't THAT busy. She took our orders and that was the LAST time we saw her at our table. I'm assuming the cook brought us our food. The food was alright, nothing really to write home about. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, there was zero chicken in it, yet I was charged for it. (I didn't notice the extra charge until after we had left.) $12 for a medium sized pizza with so few toppings on them and too much sauce. The pizzas have clever names, to fit the theme of the "south west" but the flavor and presentation leaves a person wondering if ALL their effort went into naming the pizzas and they didn't have anything left over for the actual product itself. $55 dollars for 3 pizzas, 3 sodas, one cheese quesadilla and lousy service.
