Sure The Bercy and Ripplewood are newer and filled on weekends, but if you skip over Local Wine & Kitchen, you’re making a big mistake. We enjoyed sitting at the bar making new friends and you can’t beat the $5 bar bites. We did the mac and cheese with shaved brussels sprouts, gorgonzola and smoked paprika, the malanga chips and garlic aioli and the crispy cauliflower wings with curry ketchup were outstanding! Cocktails ala “Ryan” include the Scofflaw (bourbon-based, dry vermouth, grenadine, orange bitters and lemon) and Drifter Days with vodka, rosemary honey, Campari, ginger, grapefruit bitters and a splash of seltzer. Seriously attentive service and the ambience is classically intimate. Go now!
