The speed at which the food came out makes me think it was pre-made and sat for a few. We hadn't been sitting at our table longer than 2min before food was brought. Luke-warm sesame chicken with warm sauce poured over the top. Chicken lo-mein had good flavor but it leaves a film over the inside of the mouth. Crab racoon were not fresh (lukewarm on inside). Staff was wonderful but the food could use some improvement.

My kids and I ate here today. The waiter is very polite, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. Thank you Lotus Express for the time and effort that goes into food preparation. We loved the Lemon Chicken and fried rice!
