First time to eat at Mikuna Grill in Angel Fire. Because of New Mexico governor mandated restrictions we were seated outside on what turned out to be a beautiful evening. We started with wine and the calamari appetizer and both were great. Possibly the best fried calamari I’ve ever had. Lightly breaded and served with an amario sauce that had a hint of spice and complemented the calamari very well. I had the Tallarines Verdes con Ribeye for my entree and it is described as a classic Peruvian pasta dish which had a wonderful, not too hot, spice flavor with their signature lightly breaded chicken fried ribeye on top. Exceptional dish. My wife had the Jalea a Peruvian styled seafood platter consisting of lightly fried cod, shrimp, and calamari. Another wonderful dish. Very glad we chose Mikuna Grill tonight. A delightful way to spend the evening in beautiful Angel Fire NM.
