this cafe is so good!!!! monarch beach golf resort is beautiful and luxurious, and this cafe does not disappoint!! i got the oc burger, which was a bit pricy but i think well worth it. the burger meat was very tender and juicy, and perfectly grilled by the chef!! the brioche bun was also really soft but toasted on the outsides - SO GOOD!! only thing is, they forgot our bacon and avocado on the burger, which i was really disappointed about :( i saw the peoples' burgers around me with the bacon and avocado and it looked amazing, which is why i ordered the burger, but then they forgot our bacon and avocado, so sad face :( also comes with miss vickies chips, which everyone knows are the best, and a drink! super good!

The Monarch Cafe is situated next to the trail. Besides being a spot to stop during your round of golf it is open to the trail public and supplies a decent breakfast, lunch stop on your way down the trail. There are also clean rest rooms.
