We went here for my daughter's birthday.  The sushi was just ok. The fish wasn't premium and the cuts were on the small side. The kitchen food was a bit better.  Everyone enjoyed the baby octopus and the udon. Maybe it's because inflation it is hard to find a good sushi place.  I am going to start making it myself more often.

Have gone a few times, and food has been good at every visit. So far the salmon rice appetizer and albacore special roll have been out favorites.

Nestled in the middle of a quaint little shopping center, lays a hidden gem to satisfy all your fresh sushi and Japanese food cravings! My mom and I managed to get a table for two just before the dinner rush had truly set in. We were seated immediately and the service was phenomenal! The staff was eager to help, make suggestions and even checked back on the table frequently. Talk about top-tier customer service! My mom stuck to her staple of Salmon Teriyaki while I decided to venture into the unknown with the Yasai Chicken Plate.  BOTH dishes were absolutely delicious choices! You really can't get more "bang for your buck" than ordering a dinner entree that comes with a side salad and miso soup to boot! The Salmon plate was as delicious as it was visually appealing. Perfectly  paired with delectably flavored, crunchy and fresh, balsamic glazed brusells sprouts. While my Yasai Chicken plate was beautifully displayed with a variety of colorful, crunchy and fresh veggies, delicately dressed with a teriyaki glaze and partnered with rice on the side. I have to be honest--for a first time visit... the experience was unparalleled. Great service, excellent food, and a cozy atmosphere.  ...
