Had my first opportunity to try Nettuno Truck at Lavallette’s Food Truck and Football festival today after a VERY long time of wanting to try it!! I follow them on Instagram and the food always looks so great! Well, it was well worth the wait!!! I had the great fortune of trying the lobster roll...heaven, the seared tuna...cooked to absolute perfection and seasoned deliciously, seafood salad...best I ever had so tender and delicious, and the roasted eggplant caprese sandwich, holy mackerel I got two!! I think it’s safe to say that it was the best food at the festival, but the quality is beyond what you’d expect from a food truck!! And the owners, Joey and Jocelyn are the nicest!! Restaurant is next!! Thanks for a great day of food!!!
