We just left Palumbo's II picking up an order that was placed on Slice. The restaurant itself was busy and the slice app wasn't processing orders correctly. The staff, I felt awful for. They were swarmed with wrong orders or orders not received. They still held their own with outstanding service. Although, they had to make a few quick thinking adjustments to our order, they tried to make things right by refunding what they couldn't provide to us. I did see some customers getting annoyed and angry with them but stuff happens. Not everything always works the way it's supposed to. I would still go to Palumbo's II over any pizzeria around.
