Came here a couple times when we had family visiting. In those two times we came, we’ve had at least 1 incorrect order brought to our table.They fixed the issue once we brought it to their attention. However, the waitress claimed that that wasn’t our initial order, but we had 4 other adults at our table who heard the actual order. It could be the language barrier, but it’s ok as the issue was rectified.Other than that, food was good. We ordered fried pork chops, chicken lemongrass, fried spring rolls, beef stew, brisket pho, sodas, and iced coffee.

Cold night requires warm delicious food for your tummy. Restaurant was packed for in person dining. Glad we decided on take out. They now have new eco friendly take out containers. They are fine, but probably need to be emptied out right away. I don't think these can last overnight in the fridge. Always a good dinner choice. Support small local business!

Despite this being one of our favorite places to order delivery from, we decided to eat at the restaurant for a change. Located in Waimalu Plaza, there is plenty of available parking in the shared parking lot adjacent. We all ordered large pho with varying meat toppings. The portion size was good, the vegetables that accompanied the pho came in generous servings, and there was plenty of meat in the pho. Pho 97 One does a great job with their takeout/delivery, and there was little more to make dining in a better experience than dining out. The one thing I do really like is the selection of pepper sauces-- takeout orders arrive with some duck sauce and sriracha, while the other pepper sauces available in the restaurant elevate their pho even more...
