Won't ever stay there I booked online and got to hotel they didn't even have the room I booked so they offered a different one and I told them ok then the deck lady said pool was closed so I decided not to stay and told her to cancel it. Next day I was charged $164 when I didn't stay. Their policy says 24hr cancelation notice but my confirmation said by 6pm day of check in. Worse place ever still fighting to get my money back 11 days already

Had A/C problems that was to be addressed, never was. Water from bathroom sink faucet was brown colored. Kept being told maintenance was coming and never did. Was only offered room change really late at night when we were already unpacked and in bed, on the 2nd night of our stay.
