Finally a fun trip planned and it began with a home run even before take off! We visited Rel'Lish Burger Lounge, Kathy Casey's new spot Concourse B at SeaTac Airport. The line was long for seating as the place was packed at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon but take out orders were quick, hot and delicious! There is lots of comfortable dining conducive seating just outside the restaurant. My husband and I both had burgers and fries (Grab extra napkins cause they are juicy!) I chose the gluten free bun option and it had a nice chewiness to it that is often missing in gf bread products. My burger/fry craving was perfectly satisfied without that yucky "I overdid it" feeling. The staff was nice and friendly. We are going back!
