She had me at cilantro and pineapple. Reading the list of toppings for the vegan hot dog, what's not to love? I was a runaway mom who couldn't look at another kid-friendly meal that evening. I wandered down the street to my neighbor's hot dog stand, and was treated to the most grown-up hot dog ever made. Talk about mindful eating! All you have to do is listen to her describe how she makes her toppings as you stand enjoying the open air waiting to be served.
