Came to the bar for apres, had an amazing excellent salmon dish and some tasty rye from CO. The staff was very kind. The views lovely. You will pay a high premium. Treat yourself.

Seventy One is a mediocre restaurant. It was VERY SLOW, because there were only 2 servers. Waited for about 30 minutes to get our appetizers. The kids pasta was overcooked and we had to send it back. We decided that we should leave, and not have a main course, contemplating that it was going to take an hour, if our appetizers took 30 minutes. The only good thing were the actual 70's decorations. For example, there were orange, yellow blue decorations. Never going there again.

We came to SeventyOne to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday. Ambiance is top notch with a retro feel and gorgeous views. A bit pricey, but to be expected up at Snowbird. Food was really tasty. Salmon had amazing flavor and was moist. Cauliflower was a bit mushy (breading). BBQ sauce was like straight up marinara. French Onion Soup and steak are on point.
