Very nice people own and operate this shop. I enjoy taking my daughter here once a week to get her favorite, rainbow sherbet. This place has an honest, no nonsense vibe from my childhood.

Solano Yogurt & Ice Cream has always been my favorite yogurt/ice cream shop for years. Why? Because it is always clean, spotless, sanitary--it's been this way for years, way before COVID-19, and it's delicious! I took my grandson (7 yo) for the first time Wednesday and he was sooo delighted, because he could choose yogurt or ice cream and could have his choice of toppings. He chose mint chip ice cream with chocolate chip topping, ate every bit of it, drinking the last of the melted ice cream. Another Bonus: "Location, Location, Location"--Gordo's is two doors away on the same block, so he ordered a burrito to take home for his dinner (yes, he had dessert before dinner because of grandparents only rules).
