I went to find them at their new location on 67th and 117th Ave looking for a specific item but they didn't have it since they change up their menu every so often. I decided to order the Solo Mia burger instead not expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised. The burger was HUGE and incredibly delicious. It came with shoe string fries, which I was not expecting. Honestly, I think that was the best burger I've ever eaten. The sweet and savory combination was unusual but went great together. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, check them out.

Honestly this food truck to me is one of the highest quality trucks in Kendall/Miami. The food is restaurant level and I have extreme respect for the owner. I went on a random day of the week and there was a long line ahead of me. The food took long to get but the longer I waited the more respect I gained and the more excited I was to eat the food. I could see the hustle. He took his time with everyone's order, lightened the mood when he knew you had been...

Probably one of the best food trucks in the heart of Kendall. I was strolling down Kendall drive and found the little parking lot slammed with cars and people. There was two food trucks that night but this business IG pics won me over. Im a big fan on Truffle Oil and as much as I wanted to get everything the menu had related to Truffle, I had to compose myself and not gain the extra quarantine 15. I stuck with the truffle Mac and cheese with shrimp. I had taken it to go, BUT because my car smelled so damn delicious, I took a few bites during a red light. Let's just say, the plate was almost empty when I got home. It was perfectly balanced between the cheese and truffle oil, and the shrimps were fried and tasted fresh. I believe it was also baked which gave it a creamier taste. It's wonderful. The chef and employees were super friendly, prices are more restaurant prices than food truck prices (if that makes any sense), but it's kinda worth it. I really do see the potential in this food truck turning into a legitimate restaurant one day. Can't wait to go back!
