Absolutely delicious food! We got one of almost everything, and couldn’t have been happier. I chose the huaraches and two tacos and it was more than enough. Can’t recommend enough!

This was my first time coming here. I ordered a barbacoa huarache and a plate of tacitos. I'm not exaggerating when I say my huarache didn't have a single piece of meat it was all fat. I got so disgusted, but mainly disappointed. I had been wanting to this place for some time now. The tacos weren't horrible, but they also weren't good they were just edible. I hope this review can save someone from disappointment and an upset stomach.

I've tried four of the food trucks off of FM 521 in Arcola/Fresno area and Tacos Y Tamales Rossy is my favorite! My two favorite items to order are the tacos al pastor (marinated pork) and the beef fajita torta. The flavor, food quality and presentation are exceptional for a food truck. I frequently order here (about once a week) and haven't had any problems with my order being wrong or food lacking- I've experienced consistent service. The employees are friendly and thorough. I know a couple of the employees are bilingual (English/spanish) as I haven't had any problems ordering in either language. They offer phone ordering which averages 10 mins to pick up my order as well as complimentary beans with the order. Pricing is fair to me-I usually take $15-20 in cash and two of us can eat with leftovers. I hope my review helps your decision to give them a try and support our local business!
