Wonderful food, great service Elie was the best will be back again.

Went to eat with a party of 16, has reservations for days before. Got there, ordered drinks(which took 15-20 min) then was told we could only order appetizers or pizza because they didn’t have enough staff. No manager or assistant manager available. Super bad service!!!

Delicious food but terrible service and atmosphere.We dined at the Beach Club Lounge on February 13th. We had reservations for 7:30 and when we checked in at the hostess station we were told our table wasn't ready yet - the hostess gave us a couple of places to wait including the extremely crowded bar. Fortunately, we spotted some friends who already had a table and they were kind enough let let us wait with them.We waited for about 15 minutes and still no table so we asked the hostess if we could cancel our reservation and join our friends. This was a premonition for how the rest of our evening was going to go.We then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for our waitress (45 total) to show up at our table. She finally tossed some menus down and took a drink order - she didn't explain the menu or specials or let us know that the kitchen was out of the feature item.We then had to flag the hostess down for water for the table and silverware and proceed to wait for our waitress to come back to take our drink and food order. More waiting and our waitress finally resurfaced with not so much as an apology for the wait. She took our drink order and left. By the time she made it to our table to take our dinner order she informed us that they were out of the feature that evening so we had to choose different entrees and wait longer to get our order placed. We waited some more and finally the drinks that we ordered before we placed our dinner order arrived.The theme of the night was waiting.
