I bought three kinds of this (previously unfamiliar) company's bread yesterday at a craft fair in Kalamazoo. It looked and smelled good, but that's all. Apple Cinnamon Swirl Bread was horrible. The outside had been rolled in cinnamon, but the inside was hard, dry and tasteless dough with very little cinnamon and no apple that I could discern. I threw some out for birds and squirrels, but so far they haven't touched it. We tried Garlic Knots with dinner, and even with fresh grated garlic added, they tasted like cheap store-brand rolls. Have not tried the bread loaf yet so can't speak to that. Overall a waste of money.

The Great Bread Company has spoiled me with their bread - I can't do grocery store loaves anymore! Try the jalapeno cheddar bread if you like a little spice in your life!
