My wife and I are in town as "refugees" from the power outage still impacting our home up the road. Decided to check into a hotel and found this delightful Vietnamese restaurant nearby. We're big fans of Vietnamese food and this didn't disappoint. A very welcoming staff and great food to match.

After visiting the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, my family and I headed to Viet Garden, conveniently a few minutes outside the gardens. My dad had steak and eggs, my mom had a chicken dish, and I had the veggie pho with beef broth. We all enjoyed our dishes (there is a wide range of menu options) and the service was excellent. The staff is attentive and kind. Although the exterior seems sparse, the interior is elegant and welcoming.
