Our favorite Chinese in Apex. Food is always hot and order is correct. The pork fried rice is fantastic.

I looked online for a Chinese Food restaurant with decent ratings. I took a chance on a new (to me) offering and landed at New China Chef. There was a coupon good for my first visit. Service was friendly and fast. The food was delicious!
