Attended the seafood buffet 1/31 at 35.00 pp. there were 4 of us. The place was packed but the food was horrible. The crab legs were rubbery, pop corn shrimp were dough and the steamed shrimp were over cooked soaked mush. We had to keep motioning for the waitress for service. Tried to sample new offerings to the buffet but they were the same. Stung once but never again. Really poor quality. It is a shame. We planned it for a month. Parking lot is unsafe. About broke my ankle on builders near the bar doorway parking area.

My husband’s and I order were completely wrong. He ordered steak well done came out medium rare. He couldn’t eat it. I ordered little fried shrimp. Nope got the jumbo shrimp. Lady who took our order never came out to speak to us. Been going there 20 years never had a issue before

Please allow karaoke to begin in a timely manner. Tonight, 14 of us were there to sing but the DJ was specifically instructed NOT to begin until 9:45. Because of the delay we are hesitant to try Friday night again. But top marks for the lady tending bar plus dining room. And look forward to trying your delightfully varied menu on another evening.

the food overall is good. if someone is looking for entertainment stay for the karaoke it's great

Godawful experience!! If you are looking for a godawful experience, this is the place to go. Be sure to bring your earplugs, and be prepared to talk to yourself. With the noise they play and call “music”, you will not be able to socialize. So many other restaurant options out there. Do yourself a favor. And skip this place!!

Came in last night (7:30pm) for AYCE wings. Asked the server if they still had the special going on and she told us yes. We ordered 10 wings each and wanted to order 10 more when they came out but the server told us they only have 10 wings left and she would reduce the price for us. Fine. When we got the bill, she didnt reduce the wings and instead charged us $1.50 for half an orange for our daughter. She scratched that out and took it off our bill. Gee thanks. I dont blame the server as she's the "middle guy" here but management needed to correct this situation. Don't offer something you can't deliver.

We went for all you can eat crab legs, steamed shrimp, fried shrimp, and chicken. the crab legs were good but service was horrible! we had 4 different waitresses helping us. Noone checked on us throughout our meal. Had trouble getting drink refills and ate most of our meal without drinks. Refills of crab legs were also difficult to get. We were a party of two and had reservations. the tables surrounding us were not cleared off our entire meal. Dirty plates piled up at our table. Had to specially request butter and crab leg crackers. Love crab legs but C&D outside.New Oxford still has the best service and legs in the area.

food was delicious and the server's are nice had to wait a little for stuff but the place was very busy so we understood the wait time

Had the worst experience ever! Everything extremely slow. Chicken is dry. Table of 6 did not receive all entree’s at the same time. In fact 4 are done eating and two are still waiting 15 minutes later. Salad orders are even incorrect. Not enough staff working and excuses with everything.

Their snow crab legs put Rt. 30 Seafood to absolute shame at half the price! Service is also incredible. Allen and Michelle are a great team!!!

We went for the all you can eat crab legs, fried chicken and fried shrimp. It was great quality food, it came out very quickly and hot, portions were big and it was only $35.00.

We will definitely come back!

The DJ was good. my best recommendation is to dim the lighting when it's time to dance, especially in the dining area. it's quite glaring and doesn't have much "dance club" feel.

Place is awesome and they have live music that is awe to and so is the staff

One of the best places to grab dinner and a few drinks. The staff are all courteous, the menu is excellent, and prices are more than fair for the great quality food you receive. I can't recommend this place enough!
